  • Jose’s favourite aspect of his role with LPI Group
  • Interests and passions Jose has away from installing lightning protection systems and earthing systems.

Give us a brief overview of your role?

As the Regional Manager for Munster and Connacht, I’m responsible for organising and planning projects in these regions. Acting as the main contact point between clients and our head office, I ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Additionally, I support technicians by providing the necessary tools, materials, and information for safe and efficient installations. A lot of this aspect of the role I enjoy a good working and collaborative relationship with members of our Technical Design Engineering team, Mr. Hadi and Mr. Loni.

What’s the most exciting aspect of your role?

The most thrilling part of my role is witnessing projects evolve from start to finish. It’s exciting to see our lightning protection and earthing design come to life!

Seeing months of hard work culminate in successful installations fills me with immense satisfaction and motivates me to continue striving for excellence.

I am also enjoying working daily with key pharmaceutical clients in Cork installing our lightning protection systems onto these landmark buildings. It is exciting to know that all our designs and installations have a real impact on protecting these critical facilities against lightning strikes.

Your favourite thing about working with LPI Group?

I value the autonomy and trust given to me to make decisions as a part of LPI Group. Additionally, the recognition and appreciation from both management and colleagues inspire me to perform at my best every day.

I report back to the directors of the business at regular intervals about the projects including an update on the project plan and if we are aligned with the programme.

Away from work, what do you like to do?

Outside of work, I prioritise spending quality time with family and friends. I’m also passionate about wildlife and landscape photography, finding solace and inspiration in nature’s beauty. Wildlife and landscape photography helps me to disconnect from my daily routine.
