Current Positions Available
LPI Group are an industry leader in providing earthing and lightning protection installation and associated maintenance services on a European wide basis to blue chip customers. The Head office is located in Dublin, Ireland.
Project Surveyor
Role:
Reporting to Commercial Manager. Working within & assisting the commercial & construction team to ensure successful projects are delivered, while maintaining relationships, to maximise commercial returns & manage risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out the following under supervision:
- Prepare monthly payment claim valuations (Measuring progress on site)
- Timely application/invoices in line with client schedule
- Prepare variations as they arise
- Attend site client meetings
- Prepare client quotation/estimates
- Liaise with site management/supervisors
- Maintain site records/control documents
- Consider Risk & Opportunity
- Reporting (CVRs) on a monthly basis
- Cash Management
- Cashflow forecasts
- Understand & assist in the implementation of the commercial strategy
- At all times act in a suitable & professional manner
Experience & Skills:
- Ability to effectively utilise a range of Microsoft Office tools
- 3+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role on construction projects
- Strong time management skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and working on site
Required Qualifications/Training:
- Completed or currently undertaking a qualification in Quantity Surveying or construction related degree

Job Description:
- Tendering for the Earthing and Lightning Protection packages on a variety of large-scale projects on a national and international level, including datacentre, life science, healthcare & pharma industries.
- Doing markups and designing on demand.
- Interpreting drawings, analysing required improvements/cost savings, and delivering the most cost-effective option to the client.
- Communicating with clients as required gathering information/data for a full and comprehensive proposal, and meeting clients’ expectations.
- Prepare detailed take-offs and estimates, considering all the relevant drawings, specifications & related documentation.
- Ability to review tender information and prepare tender queries & value engineering alternatives.
- Provide fast, correct, competitive, and profitable estimates.
- Ability to work independently yet be part of an integrated team.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities, variances, issues, and trends in the project.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Proven abilities in designing and doing markups using AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and time management skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under strict deadlines are essential.
- Excellent commercial knowledge and understanding.
- Proficient at producing and presenting proposals.
- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm about learning and improving.

Marketing Manager
LPI Group is currently recruiting a Marketing Manager to join our growing team at our Dublin Head Office. In this role, the Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing activities for LPI Group products and services as we continue to grow our project delivery across hyper-scale industries throughout Europe.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish current positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Lead the execution of marketing activities, leveraging internal support from the LPI Group technical and commercial teams to drive collaboration.
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across online platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies and tactics.
- Manage the LPI Group website, social media, email marketing, paid digital advertisement and SEO activities.
- Manage the design and production of promotional materials, such as the company website, social infographics, presentations and brochures.
- Generate high-quality press releases with supporting professional imagery.
- Oversee LPI Groups attendance at events, such as trade shows.
- Work closely with the HR department to develop employee events, CSR programmes and internal communications amongst LPI Group staff.

Document Controller
LPI Group is currently recruiting a document controller to join our growing team at our Dublin Head Office. This position will involve working with the technical and commercial departments to ensure that all documents relating to particular projects are correctly collated, maintained and can easily be accessed by employees and management as required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Control company and project documentation from pre-tender to project handover stage.
- Follow and improve document control procedures, reflecting ISO compliance.
- Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards in line with the client’s requests.
- Sort, store and retrieve relevant electronic and hard copy documents from our clients and industry professionals.
- Produce document progress reports for senior managers.
- Ensure the employee training matrix is kept up-to-date.
- Conduct regular reviews and document audits.
- Support the engineering and commercial departments in the planning stages of specific projects.
- Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.
Desirable Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an admin or document control role

Test and Inspection Engineer
LPI Group is currently recruiting a Test and Inspection Engineer to join our growing team. This position will involve working with the test and inspection department to test, inspect and recertify lightning protection systems across Irish pharmaceutical, data centre, commercial, educational, historical and healthcare sectors.
Job Description:
- Attend site to test, inspect and recertify lightning protection systems to the industry standard of EN 62305.
- Conduct a visual inspection and earth resistance and electrical continuity tests.
- Maintain communication with project managers to ensure the handover of information surrounding works and findings attained onsite.
- Accurately complete company paperwork including site attendance and timesheets.
Desirable Criteria:
- SafePass certification is essential.
- Manual Handling and Working at Heights training.
- Clean full Irish driving license.
